was just a thought three weeks ago, and today over 100 women (40 and up) showed up to pour into each other. Because let’s be real—once you hit 40, some new chapters start opening. One of them is called Perimenopause. And sis, it takes a village to walk through that stage. I’m beyond grateful for mine. 💙

That’s 100+ in Illinois and over 1,500 across the country in just 3 weeks! We laughed. We learned. We listened. We supported. And we reminded each other—you are not alone.
