Apparently someone has found another way to hurt and insult people for no reason. Everyone keep your eyes open. There's a new hack on Facebook that puts a hurtful sentence from you in your contacts' comments. This is very hurtful and looks like you wrote it. You don't see it, but your contacts see it. This situation can lead to many misunderstandings.
I want to tell all my contacts that if you get an offensive/inappropriate response from me, then it's not me... I want you to let me know when that happens!

Here is something I’ve had to remind myself of lately that maybe you need to:

You don’t have to outdo what you’ve done previously.

You don’t have to outdo decorations. You don’t have to outdo parties. You definitely don’t have to outdo your outfits, or your gifts, or your meals and you definitely don’t have to outdo how much you spend.

In fact, not only are you under no obligation to outdo it, you don’t even have to match it.

Every year.

Every month.

Honestly, even every day is different.

If you don’t have as much right now—whether that’s physically, emotionally or financially. You only have to do your best in this very moment. Right now. Today. This hour.

Circumstances change.

Health changes.

Jobs change.

Relationships change.

Season change.

Life changes.

Drastically. The world is spinning all the time. Sometimes it’s ten steps forward. Sometimes it’s falling a little bit behind. Sometimes it’s simply standing still.

So take the pressure off.

You don’t have to have more.

You don’t have to be more.

You don’t have to outdo what you’ve done previously.

You only have to do your best in this very moment. Right now. Today. This hour.

That will always be enough.
