The past two years have been about change, transitions and overcoming immense emotional challenges. My children and I are doing great, thriving. Their Father is doing great. As a family we protect our children with love, no matter what. As a couple, we are no longer. Our goal is to always be the parents we want our children to have and support each other in that role. I pray we can always do that. Many others are going through these changes or have been. It’s hard, confusing and scary. Be there for each other. It can be lonely to do it privately, I know. Check in on your friends and Sisters in the community. When tragedy strikes is when you stand beside someone. Be present. Your texts may go unanswered but they didn’t go unseen. Supporting people when everything is awesome is easy. It’s the support when things are not that actually defines your relationship with a person. I’m thankful for friends and real family who have stayed constant in mine and more importantly my children’s lives. Thank you.

Happy 10th to my sweet baby girl!

It’s recital weekend for my girl who shines so bright! Whether she’s wearing sequins or dressed like a maid she puts her all into her part!
We got some cute pics of my sweet niece NorA in her ballet tutu also! It’s so special they are both in the same recitals and we all get to enjoy it together. Big bros were there…possibly asking when the show is going to finish but hey they were there!
Thanks to for always working so hard for these girls. They love it!

Thankful for 42 years today! Here’s some recent pics of these wanna be teenagers that are my kids. My sweet Grandmothers sent me the same bday cards because great minds think alike. Of course I used the birthday money they stuffed inside to buy plants which definitely proves that I’m 42 years old.
