First off I just wanna say that I went to Disney World in 2024! I waited 32 years for that to happen. With that out of the way 2024 was a very unpredictable year. I saw dreams of mine come true, I went back home to Chicago for the first time in 12 years. It was actually a little over 3 years for the first time I’ve seen anyone in my family. Been lost in my own world riding solo for a few years. I was able to see things I thought I’d never see again! Most importantly I was able to say goodbye to someone who knew me my entire life! That part caught me off guard. I went from living in a world full of magic at Disney, building bonds with high ranking officials at my job to hearing the creator of my family has ended her chapter in a book none of us could ever write! Grandma I just want you and everyone else to know that I’ve seen a lot this year. I started dreaming again, I been offered many opportunities, and I’ve met some amazing people! I started this thing called “The Club House” my home is a safe haven for people to enjoy life. I built a game room. I wake up every day reliving my childhood and that keeps me going. I’m not sure what’s to come in the next year but if I’m able to see it through I’ll forever give thanks to a life that’s out of my control! Thank You 2024 I’ll never forget you! Goodbye Grandma!
