I enjoyed this pasta more than I expected to!

Gluten free pasta made from chia flour is something I hadn’t seen or tried before last night but this was pretty good.

Texture very similar to other GF pastas. Very slight chia taste, I didn’t mind bc I like chia. With sauce and protein add ins, it’s barely detectable.

I found this at home goods, so I don’t know if I’ll ever find it again. But if I do, I would definitely rebuy.
