Our apologies for the radio silence these past few weeks. We’ve had a few curve balls thrown at us and we had to make some adjustments to the line up and venue.
As some of you know Aby’s closed but the back area stayed open. However, we couldn’t rely on the owners to stay true to their word so we had to search for a new venue. Luckily the promotor over at the 707 in Baken Park reached out to us an made an offer we just couldn’t refuse and it is truly a much better venue to celebrate 40yrs. In terms of the line up. We had a few cancellations due to an illness and family matter. But the band list is all set now. We may have a few surprises in store though so stay tuned.
Presale is up and live! First 100 people to buy the 3-day pass gets a commemorative wrist band and the first 100 at the door each night will get a seven-disk set of tunes from Mr. X. Each night there is a new set so get there when doors open at 5.
There are a few activities happing the week of.
Kevin Lien and Brett Clark will be hosting an exhibit at the Dahl displaying a collage of pictures and flyers celebrating 40 years of Punk Rock in RCSD.
Jack Batchelder and Claudia Laws, I believe are working on the documentary and will also be presenting it during the reunion.
The Brass Rail will be hosting a gathering that week as well.
We can’t wait to see everyone in Rapid City! We’re a month away!
