Quick transformation of a front porch and side windows. Removed old lose paint, glazed bad areas of old windows, and gave a fresh coat of paint to the areas worked on. Say good bye to that yellow and we added a rich color around the window trim/soffit/fascia and a soft blue to the ceiling. New curbside appeal for this early 1900's Chicago home.

Interior remodeling project in the process and staining only left to a new deck completed a few weeks back. Pictures soon to follow.

Our 1st exterior project of 2025 is in the books. It was nice to get back outside for a few upcoming projects in a row. Great transformation for this client. The past deck lasted over 30 years and this new deck may last 40 with all that went into it!

We just wrapped up a 1500 sq ft basement remodel in Westmont. We took a raw space and added a bedroom/work out room/storage room/bathroom and a large family room. This newly remodeled space adds a ton of living space for the entire family. It was an absolute pleasure working with this family from the beginning through the end. I hope they enjoy the added space for years to come.

Thanks to all involved. The final product turned out great!

We finally got a break away from a run of 10 consecutive bathroom remodels and perform a kitchen remodel. It was a complete gut and we opened up a wall to provide a more open concept between the kitchen and dining room. The finished product turned out great and big shout out to all involved. We hope the client enjoys the new space for many years to come.

Quick bathroom transformation for a client whos 2nd floor bath tub was leaking and destroyed the 1st floor ceiling. It was a pleasure working with this client, as her generosity was greatly appreciated by our entire crew. We hope they enjoy the new bathroom for many years to come!

Our 1st project of 2025 is in the books. We just completed a double bathroom remodel in Inverness. Complete demo of both bathrooms and did a new configuration for the Master Bathroom suite. Custom tile and stone work in both bathrooms really brought some cool characteristics to each space.

It was a true pleasure working with this family and bringing their inspirations to each space.

2025 is off and running. A ton of projects in the books for 2025 and we can't wait to see how the year continues to unfolds on each!

We just wrapped up a large remodel in Chicago. It was quite a transformation of the Master Bathroom for this great family. A truly historical transformation using true artisan tile, italian Marble, custom cabinetry and extensive trim work throughout the home.

It was a pleasure helping restore this residence for a new generation of the family to be taking it over. Its always a pleasure to work on older historical homes. They always provide a challenge, but nothing we haven't encountered in all our years!

2025 is off and running. Happy New Year to all.

We are coming to an end of a large home remodel in Sauganash. Flooring being done this week and custom glass being done after the Holidays.

Project consisted of 3 full bathroom gut remodels, hardwood being refinished on 2nd floor and stairwell to 1st, custom wainscotting in bedroom, extensive trim work throughout the 2nd floor, powder bathroom face lift, plaster wall repairs and painting to trim, doors and all rooms throughout the entire home.

Quick peak at 1 of the 3 bathrooms that's been fully completed. Custom italian Marble installed and custom tile inlay for the floor. Quite a transformation on this bathroom, but the master bathroom is epic, as a ton went into it.

Just wrapped up a remodel for a great family in Inverness. Fully updated an old 3 season room, into extra living space for a family and a Jack and Jill bathroom. The old structure for the 3 season room had many layers to unravel and was in need of vast improvements. Old structures can show their ugly side once opened up and this space was in need of a lot of TLC. In the end the entire structure was rebuilt and now provides that extra room they desperately desired!

The new bathroom was thoughtfully designed and came together quite well.

Big shout out to all involved plumbing and to one of the best crews in the remodeling industry.

Just wrapped up a double bathroom remodel in Westmont for a great family. We took 2 outdated spaces from the 90s and brought them into the 2020s! New huge shower in the master, with a beautiful tile design, heated floors, doubl3 vanity and so much more. 1st floor bathroom with wemt with a classic white/black approach with a fun wall tile in the shower.

Glad we were able to be apart of this project.

Onto the next!

Just finished up a quick 3 season room make over for a client that we did a huge whole remodel for last year. Now they can enjoy some outdoor living for this upcoming fall.

Onto bathroom #10 on the year.

A quick entryway remodel request from a past client. I'm glad we were able to get this in while the plumber was onsite at our double bathroom remodel in Westmont.

Now back for the final phase of the Westmont project!
