Good morning Facebook family and friends. It’s my Birthday today. Man it is truly a blessing to see another year. I have been a little under the weather for the past week and felt like doing nothing and I mean nothing. But today I am feeling better. I am going to go out here today and get my Birthday freebies. 3 cups peeled cubed Russet potatoes, boiled until soft but not mushy
1 lb smoked sausage* thinly sliced
4 tbsp butter
4 tbsp flour
2 cups half & half or milk
