GM, WillieP’s BBQ and Catering!!! Hello, what’s the difference between smoked turkey and fried turkey? The smoked turkey is cooked low and slow on a custom pit for 4 to 5 hours and seasoned to perfection . The fried turkey is seasoned and put into oil until done .
