The film company of Mykee Morettini, independently run and handmade film and media work. SHOOTING SERVICES:
· Hourly Rate: $80 per hour filming.
· Travel: Included up to 30 miles from Lake County. Beyond 30 miles, travel fees apply.
· Equipment: Producer will provide all necessary equipment unless client requests otherwise.
· Raw Footage: Provided free to client if hired for shooting only (without

editing). EDITING SERVICES:
· Editing Rate: $100 per minute of final edited video. Producer will update client on progress
and any questions that may apply.
· Deliverables: Final edited video. Raw footage available upon request for an additional fee
of $50.
· Revisions: 2 revisions allowed for videos under 5 minutes; 1 revision allowed for videos
over 5 minutes. Further revisions may be requested with a fee, to be negotiated per client and
project needs. DELIVERY SCHEDULE:
· Videos under 5 minutes: Within 2 weeks.
· Videos (5-15 minutes): Within 2-4 weeks.
· Longer (Feature-Length) Film/Video: Delivery time to be negotiated depending on project
complexity / runtime (60+ days). Started at age 8 when filming with a SONY HANDYCAM and originally called "Starlight Pictures" until a name change in 2007. Making films as often as possible using whatever is available. Open for commissions for videography, editing and score/soundtrack composing. Currently working with the Adobe Creative Software. Shooting with BLACKMAGIC POCKET CINEMA CAMERA 4K. Hand-made music videos, comedy, drama, B-movies, horror films, 80's homage, sketches, web series with unique and striking flair and passion. I'm very proud of myself for creating this (and other) CGI / 3D shots in After Effects for my movie.
This here is the intro for "HONEYMOON IN RED" and it's composed of 2-dimensional images in a 3-dimensional virtual space with a swooping crane shot that pulls INTO the TV screen, and into the film...

I don't care much for film or music or art theory and nothing I do was really learned or taught... mostly I just messed around and figured things out over time. If I understand the gist of how a thing is done, I can be thrifty and reduce it to its most basic components and replicate it in a far more simple fashion.

I have zero "technique" or formal training or even a foundational understanding of these "crafts" or "trades" enough to explain it to anyone else, because I just figure it out as I go and I don't even know what I'm doing... but then there it is.

I'm sick of pretentious gearheads online talking smack about lower-priced gear for music or film like "oh, if you really take this seriously you'll get a proper cinema camera / proper pedal / bla bla bla spend more money!"

It's that kind of elitism that turns people (including me) away from the creative arts!!!
You can make great art with cheap gear!

15+ years ago directors were shooting on standard def MiniDV for their indies, and in the 90s we had a whole movement (DOGME 95) shot on VHS...

It doesn't matter what tools you use.
So many "big time Youtubers" have fancy gear but no style and no originality or talent. Just 8K dog crap.
