Thrift Tip: Grab anything that says ‘Made in Italy’

I NEED HELP! I found this vintage (or maybe antique) lamp at the thrift store yesterday & I’m trying to identify when it was made, what’s it made of, if it’s hand blown, etc. Here is everything I could identify:

- I believe it was rewired so the cord & light fixture are not original
- It did not have the original lamp shade
- There are imperfections in the glass such as bubbles and indents mainly on the underside
- The tiers are screwed together not soldered
- The metal is not magnetic
- It is fully blue colored glass, not painted (maybe cobalt?)

Please comment if you know anything about this piece! 💙(oh and it does work!)
