Hey everybody!

I looked around Facebook for something that paid tribute to the awesome Roe & Garry Show but didn’t find anything so I thought I would fill that gap. The show aired on WLS AM from 1996 until 2004 and was hosted by Roe Conn and Garry Meier as well as a large cast of supporting characters. My time as a listener began summer 2001 and it was awesome hearing these guys cover huge breaking stories like 9/11, the Laci Peterson trial, the war on terrorism and tons of other world changing events with their unique humor and chemistry. I would love for this place to eventually be a spot where fans can post audio links and other content involving this awesome radio show and live events. Please share your memories with the show! 1996-2004 was not only a great era for Chicago but in many ways the last days where radio still reigned supreme as a vital news aggregate.
