I can’t take credit for this! My daughters found Sarah and Duck this summer! It’s about a cute, quirky, quiet little girl and her duck friend (I’m trying to figure out if he’s an imaginary companion or not) …with simple humor and an unhurried, narrated storytelling style.

You’re gonna have screen time, might as well be low stim! Why? Low-stimulation shows feature slow pacing, gentle voices, muted or natural color palettes, and minimal sound effects or flashing cuts.

Here are some other examples that are streaming or on YouTube:

🍃 Tumble Leaf
🐧Puffin Rock
🐻 Little Bear
🚛Trash Truck
👟Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood
