Weekend of Magic 🪄 💫🎶

Words cannot describe the weekend surrounded by incredible humans, doing amazing things in the world. We prayed for peace and unity, we hummed, we sang, we shared, connected, ate delicious food and drank yummy wine.

If you’ve never experienced resort which is fine tuned to the grid and everything on it, make it a goal. It’s insane. Also the field of lights… a must experience experience.

A MIRACLE IS A SHIFT IN PERCEPTION

Ask - Am I willing to see this differently?

WHEN IS WHEN?
Step into the space of nothingness - which is everything.

I found these Post It notes stuck to the back of this Kuan Yin Oracle Deck I’ve not used in some years. This deck was instrumental in balancing my masculine/feminine energy which is vital for all of us in a body.

I was referred to this deck almost 9 years ago. I had asked God and my Spirit Peeps if I was in the right body to serve in the way it was becoming evident my soul had signed up for. God’s (non-denominational) answer was to balance my masculine/feminine energy and breathe light. That is the moment I came to understand we are ALL light beings, vibrating in both masculine and feminine energy.

Not sure when I wrote those stickies 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 but I have a tendency to “hear” wisdom at random times and write it on Post It notes which collect on my desk - Or get stuck to other things 😀

Anyway, happy Wednesday! Hope this is a support to whoever needs it 💫♥️

Sometimes the truth arrives wrapped in discomfort—asking us to feel what we’ve been avoiding, to see what we’ve been dismissing, to love what we’ve been rejecting.

I keep coming back to these reminders, and I felt called to share them with you. Not as easy answers, but as invitations to step closer to what’s real.

Love isn’t always gentle.
Truth isn’t always comfortable.
Healing isn’t always linear.
But they are always worth it.

If you’re standing at the edge of something that scares you—something that asks you to be braver than you think you can be—trust this: your soul wouldn’t call you toward it if you weren’t ready.

Show up for yourself, even when it feels uncertain. Especially then.

Another year on 🌍 🥳

What a beautiful day with beautiful souls ♥️ I am in such a deep level of gratitude, beyond anything I’ve known. This year has been insane in the membrane but MAN I’m so grateful for the ones who have held me through it. They are not all present in these photos but definitely present in my heart. ❤️

One of my prayers for the year ahead, is that we all, as a collective, find our way to unconditional love. Start with yourself and allow it to expand from your cells to the people you are sharing this beautiful voyage with. Which is all of us.

Thank you from every cell of my being for celebrating me yesterday. I am on top of the world and so grateful for the love I am held in and surrounded by.

Root Yourself in Service

The world feels like it’s unraveling.
Timelines are crashing.
Truth is surfacing.
Discomfort is rising.
And still—we are here.

Spirit is watching, your soul is witnessing. How are you showing up in service, to something… anything?

I’ll tell you, when I’m feeling the squeeze, the sadness, overwhelm … I go down to the beach and pick up trash. I watch over sick Sea Lions, I sort fish for them back at the Mammal Hospital. I share this only because I want you to know that it’s been one of the greatest ways to ground myself. Serving the ocean by serving her beaches and her inhabitants has also served me, it has served you. Any service is a high level service. It is our souls intention to serve in any way we are capable. If we are to shift what is happening on this planet, find a way to serve.

Serve from a place of love and gratitude.

This is no joke fellow humans. I’ve buried 21 pelicans in 3 hours on the beach and stood by protecting sick from human beings while they seize from We are in unprecedented times. No matter where you live, in whatever town or neighborhood you think you are exempt from the effects of you are not. You are a citizen of Grandmother Earth as are ALL other beings who suffer because of our ignorance.

Your children are the future of this planet. Learn and teach them well.
