IMPORTANT! Soak the potatoes before cooking. The starch in potatoes allows you to create delicious and thick vegetable creams as well as helps to thicken broths. In reality, the problem is that starch is a type of glucose that we rarely associate as such because it does not have a sweet taste. If you have diabetes, pre-diabetes, or tend to retain fluid, this is when you should try to be careful with starchy foods. Soaking potatoes before cooking and rinsing the soaking water removes up to 60% of the starch. Soak for at least 30 minutes, although it is best to leave the potatoes soaking overnight.
INGREDIENTS
2 pounds or 1 kilogram of potatoes
¼ of a teaspoon of salt
2 pinches of pepper, this is optional
1 egg white

Caldo de camaron is made in a guajillo sauce, is super delicious! It is also called the Levanta Mu***os *Death awakener* as it is great to have in the morning if you have a really bad hangover! Lemon juice, onion, and cilantro on top just make it extra delicious!

Natural Laxative Smoothie Recipe
Start by preparing an envelope of green tea. Place it in boiling water for three minutes and then remove it.
Now add some ice cubes to cool it down.
Here is the secret ingredient. The kiwi has a large amount of fiber and is eaten with the skin!
Greek yogurt protects the intestinal flora and a tablespoon of olive or avocado oil helps you to evacuate more easily.
