Whew! Living the American life can feel like all work and no play sometimes! 💪
But I’m excited to say that Liquid Muscle is finally back in production! You can find it soon at both the Peddler Mall and Everybody’s Fitness in Morehead, KY.

Lately, I’ve been feeling called to slow down on the manufacturing side and pour more of my energy into my podcast and herbal blog 🌿—as long as folks are still enjoying them! I’m transitioning into a new season of life: one that focuses on travel, herbal storytelling, and connecting deeply with the world’s cultures and plant wisdom.

I’ll still be creating products here and there (because that’s in my nature!), but I’m learning to give myself space to breathe, grow, and connect—with herbs, my loved ones, and the beautiful people I meet along the way. ✨

I’m just a small-town girl in a big, big world—
and I have nothing to prove. 💚

If I wasn’t good at what I do, others wouldn’t try so hard to imitate it. 😉
There’s plenty of darkness in this world, but I choose to keep focusing on the light—and on the amazing souls who shine it every day. 🌎🌿
