Chicken and Chips

Ingredients:
• 2 chicken breasts
• 2 cups of frozen chips (fries)
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Optional: paprika, garlic powder, or any preferred seasoning

Directions:
1. Preheat your oven according to the chip package instructions.
2. While that’s heating up, drizzle the chicken breasts with olive oil and season them generously with salt, pepper, and any other spices you enjoy.
3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until they’re nice and cooked through.
4. At the same time, spread the chips out on a baking tray and pop them in the oven. Bake them according to the package instructions until they’re beautifully crispy.
5. Plate up the juicy chicken alongside those crunchy, golden chips, and enjoy your hearty meal!

Ingredients:
• 1 whole beef roast (e.g., ribeye, sirloin, or tenderloin)
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 4 cloves garlic, minced
• Fresh herbs (e.g., rosemary, thyme)
• Vegetables for roasting (e.g., carrots, potatoes, onions)
• Beef broth or stock

Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Season the roast generously with salt, pepper, and minced garlic. Rub the olive oil and fresh herbs all over the meat for that extra flavor.
3. Place the seasoned roast in a roasting pan, resting it on a bed of your chosen vegetables.
4. Pour the beef broth around the roast in the pan to keep everything moist and delicious.

Steak with Parmesan Skin-On Fries and Garlic Mushrooms and Onions

Ingredients:
• 2 ribeye steaks
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 4 large potatoes, sliced into wedges
• 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
• 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
• 1 onion, sliced
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• Butter for sautéing

Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
2. In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, salt, pepper, and grated Parmesan cheese until they’re well coated. Spread them out evenly on a baking sheet and pop them in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until they’re golden and crispy.
3. While the fries are getting their crispy glory, season the ribeye steaks generously with salt and pepper. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add a splash of olive oil. Sear the steaks to your preferred doneness, then remove them from the skillet and let them rest for a few minutes.
4. In the same skillet, melt a k**b of butter, then toss in the onions and minced garlic. Sauté them until they're fragrant and tender. Next, add the sliced mushrooms and cook until they’re soft and luscious.

Directions:
1. Start by cooking the bacon until it's deliciously crispy.
2. If you like a bit of crunch, go ahead and toast the bread.
3. Spread a generous layer of mayo on one side of each slice of bread.

• 4 cups of apples, peeled and sliced
• 1 cup of sugar
• 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
• 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
• 1 cup of all-purpose flour
• 1 cup of rolled oats
• 1/2 cup of brown sugar
• 1/2 cup of butter, softened

Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a mixing bowl, toss together the sliced apples with sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice until well coated.
3. Pour the apple mixture into the bottom of a greased baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
4. In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, oats, brown sugar, and softened butter until you have a crumbly texture.

• 2 bacon rashers
• 2 eggs
• 1 tomato, halved
• 1 cup of baked beans
• Mushrooms, sliced
• Toast, for serving
• Butter, for cooking

Directions:
1. Start by heating a large skillet over medium heat and add the sausages. Cook them until they’re nicely browned and cooked through.
2. Next, toss in the bacon rashers and let them sizzle away until they reach that perfect crispy texture.
3. Once the bacon is almost done, add the sliced mushrooms to the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes, or until they’re tender.
4. Now it’s time for the eggs! Crack them directly into the skillet and fry them to your liking—sunny side up, over easy, or however you prefer.
5. While everything is cooking, heat up the baked beans in a small saucepan until they’re warm and ready to serve.

Directions:
