Sign up for the next OPEN RUNS this Sunday, 9/6/26. ALTbasketball will be there! These runs are organized by Coach Q of Demi Rayn, and are not tryouts they are simply an opportunity to get out and hoop, meet new people, have a good time.

The whole day is a joy with sessions running 2-10pm between elementary, middle, high school and college…. Both boys and girls. Held at Francis Parker, Goshen KY campus in Oldham County.

There’s a great deal of skill and ability on display… and let me tell you - fun people to get to know.

My guy Gio Torres about to keep the internet in business with all the great interviews, commentary and gameplay. He’s an incredible young man, huge personality… it was his first time at runs on 8/28/26. My man’s got a lot of enthusiasm, he’s gonna be a force to be reckoned with in whatever he does.

ALTbasketball is built for COMPETITION…
Mission Statement:
ALTbasketball, Inc. is focused on the integrity of the game and creating the most entertaining style of play possible, for the fans.

We achieve this with the realization that the Standard 18” diameter rim is simply too big… it’s too easy to score… and we’ve got to work, creating the only Smaller Diameter Breakaway Rims that can be used in competition. ALTbasketball Officially Licensed rims will prove out to be the preferred… the standard…. At least for competitive players and gameplay.

At its core, ALTbasketball is simple. Everything is reverse engineered… and created by a player… a fan, Nick Lopez… for us, the players… the fans.

There’s a lot to what we are going to do… but it all started with the rim…. Possibly the most overlooked concept in sport.

Check ALTbasketball’s recent exclusive interviews and footage of Rondo Academy Chess held this past weekend in collaboration with F.O.C.U.S. Basketball Academy where Rondo Academy is now hosting monthly chess events for students. Louisville KY, hometown hero Rajon Rondo was there with Pierre Rondo and Josh Smith Jr. and many friends.

All students are invited to show up to next month’s event!
