Hey, beautiful souls! 🌈💖 I wanted to share a powerful moment in my life, symbolized by this incredible journey I've been on. Three years ago, I embarked on a healing journey, confronting and conquering the shadows of my past. 🌌💪

Back then, I couldn't have fathomed the possibility of returning to Florida, the place where some of my most challenging experiences unfolded. But guess what? Here I am! 🌴🏡

I realized that I needed to accept exactly where I was. There was no running from it, climbing out of it or shooing it away. IT just was. I had to dig deep and plant healthy coping mechanisms to help me navigate through this Labyrinth of reconstructive transformation. I found my rhythm and balance during this time but it was not easy, I must say. I had to get real naked and honest with myself and stop holding my breath while waiting to see the Forrest from the trees. I came out clear and re-tuned ready to explore the next level of necessary change that was coming.

This is my full story of how and when I was diagnosed with Lupus and what happened. I remember sitting down in front of the camera and trying to focus on recording but I was in excruciating pain and was swollen as well. I share about how I noticed the changes in my body and how I discovered that something wasn't right. I am a woman of "NOW" faith and believe that I wouldn't be given something that I couldn't handle. I couldn't understand why I had been stricken with such severe health issues especially when I'm a Believer. But I realized that God uses my Resilience, Optimism, Attitude and Story to Inspire others to Go Higher.

I've been blessed to live what I see as a FULL life in the short time I've been on this earth and I look forward to all the amazing things that are to come as long as I shall live. May you be encouraged to keep going NO MATTER WHAT!

This is a snippet from my 2015 Vlog about my life and what was going on a the time.
This was probably one of the harder videos to do because I was sharing about my real life battle with Systemic Lupus and how it was ripping through my life like a Tornado. I laughed, I cried but most importantly I kept it real. quite honestly I didn't think that I would be on this earth very long so, making these videos was extremely important to me. Looking back now I am so grateful that I was able to capture the energy and emotion of that time.

Here is a snippet of one of my many videos that I made after going on my two week hiatus in 2015 that turned into a 3 year unplanned sabbatical. Over the course of this month I will be sharing the very real and raw Vlogs that I made in 2015/ 2016 about what was happening in my life. (and trust me these don't even scratch the surface.) During this video I was battling major kidney and heart issues that kept me going back and forth to the hospital. I also noticed my motor skills starting to change as well and I didn't feel as clear and sharp as I had once been. Jogging suits became my norm during this time, because they were just so much easier to get in and out of.

I was determined to have these vlogs and movies recorded to tell my story in case I didn't make it. HERE I AM, still here and I'm thankful for my life and see each and every day as a gift.

Regrann from - Here's a piece of my life from 2015 while in transition from what started as a two week hiatus and ended up being a 3 year long sabbatical. Believe me none of it was planned (well not my plan anyway!), but I wouldn't trade the woman I've become today because of it. I disappeared and hadn't been on social media since 2015 and my very public and busy life faded into the Sunset for a season. Many are wondering where I've been, what happened and what I was doing. So many answers that this post doesn't have the capacity to hold. There's so much to share and there are amazing things coming. Stay tuned.
