Made it to the Rad Factory GTG hosted by here in Pottstown! Huge thank you to him for welcoming us to his shop. He's Having doing some of the best work in fabrication I've seen on these old school VWs that we all love. We got a video with him lined up so keep an eye out for it! We're having an incredible time here on our trip to the east coast.

WE SOMEHOW PULLED IT OFF!! We're all loaded up and ready to make the 13 hour trip to Pottstown, PA for . And of course we're bringing the giveaway Rabbit Pickup to show it off and all the work that has gone into it the oast few weeks. Unfortunately, as of now, the truck isn't registered to the show since we weren't sure we'd make. We'll be attending the meets we can make it to though.

THE DUB PUB . Its been 2 weeks since we hosted The Dub Pub at Double Clutch Brewing Company 🍻 Was an amazing time getting the local community together and we plan on doing another one later this year! The meet was the same day we closed the MK3 Golf giveaway, maybe we'll do the same for the MK1 Rabbit Pickuo? We'll see how things go, for now here's a few snaps from the meet. Wait, that's not a 1.6L diesel 🤨 yes, the giveaway rabbit pickup is originally a diesel title car. Do with that information as you wish 😶 However, Its now got a 24v 2.8L VR6 making around 200 horsepower, mated to a 5 speed transmission. Crazy to think these made 50 on a good day. CANNOT wait until we get the first start up and eventually test drive.

In case you missed it, yes we took our next giveaway truck, our '80 rabbit pickup, to a car show in it's current state 😂 Doesn't run, wiring all over the place, interior taken apart, and on a temporary set of wheels (wait till you see the actual wheels). A part of me says it doesn't feel right, but its a great opportunity for you all to see how much actually goes into building something like this. And possibly for the new owner to see the ins and outs of their new truck 😁

The MK3 Golf has officially made it to its new home! How I wish we could fly in the winner and see the reaction of the winner in person, but the expression on says it all. Both of our giveaway cars have gone out to people in the east coast, but just goes to show the love and support that the community out there has for these cars 🙏🤍 Stay tuned for the next giveaway we'll he starting up in the next few days!!
