3-Ingredient Greek Yogurt Flatbread — No Oven Needed 🫓🥣
Ingredients
▶️ 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
▶️ 1 cup oat flour
▶️ ½ tsp baking powder
Preparation
1. Add the Greek yogurt, oat flour, and baking powder to a bowl.
2. Mix until a soft dough forms.
3. Lightly knead the dough just until smooth and cohesive.
4. Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and roll each into a ball.
5. Lightly flour your work surface with a little oat flour if the dough is sticky.
6. Roll each ball into a thin, round flatbread.
7. Heat a nonstick or well-seasoned pan over medium heat. No oil is needed.
8. Cook each flatbread for about 2 minutes per side, or until lightly golden and cooked through.
9. Serve warm.
Tips
- Use thick Greek yogurt, not a very runny yogurt, for the best dough consistency.
- If the dough feels sticky, add a small amount of oat flour while kneading or rolling.
- Don’t add too much extra flour, or the flatbread can become dense.
- Roll them evenly so they cook at the same rate.
- Keep the pan at medium heat; very high heat can brown the outside before the inside cooks.
- For the softest texture, stack the cooked flatbreads and cover them with a clean kitchen towel while you finish cooking.
