Chippewa Herald Sports is the sports department for the Chippewa Herald, covering eight high schools (Chippewa Falls Senior High School, McDonell High School, Bloomer High School, Cadott High School, Stanley-Boyd High School, New Auburn High School, Cornell High School and Lake Holcombe High School).

The Cadott girls basketball team made 13 3-pointers in a 60-23 nonconference win over Spencer on Monday evening in Cadott. Taylor Hager led the way with 22 points including seven of those threes while Dani Sikora (11 points) and Lilly Spaeth (10 points) also finished in double figures.

"The girls moved the ball around well, the defense was really good," Cadott coach Dusty Burish said of the win. Cadott Girls Basketball Cadott School District
