✨ In this season… life feels full, messy, beautiful, and fast all at once. Between family, work, and all the little in-betweens, I’m reminded daily how much there is to be thankful for.

It’s not always quiet or easy, but it’s ours. And I wouldn’t trade the laughter, the lessons, or the love for anything. Grateful for the people who make the chaos worth it… and for the God who gives me the strength and grace to soak it all in 🤍

And somewhere in the middle of it all… I still find joy in creating little moments of beauty…like a fresh brow wax that makes you feel instantly more put together. Because sometimes it’s the smallest things that remind us we’re still showing up, still shining, still us. ✨

I haven’t always believed beauty starts from the inside out…
But my parents used to say it all the time when I was growing up.

Back then, I heard it… but I didn’t really feel it.

Now? I see it so clearly. 🫶🏽

As a small-town esthetician in Chouteau, Oklahoma, I’ve worked with so many women whose skin is telling a deeper story…stress, hormones, sleep, gut health… it all shows up on our face and body.

It’s not just about clear skin or perfect brows (though I love those too 💕).
It’s about feeling good inside your body. Feeling supported. Feeling whole….

✨ Peace starts within
✨ Radiance starts within
✨ Beauty starts within

That’s why I’ve been leaning into offering more than just topical support. I want to nourish the whole woman..through nervous system care, minerals, herbs, and supplements that bring balance from the inside out 🌿

And yes…
I’m going to supplement naturally with vitamins and magnesium…but I’m still going to get the Botox too 😌

I call it moderation 💉🌱 Lol.

I might be a little crunchy (and eat McDonald’s😅)… but I’m learning. I’m growing. And I’m here for the girls who want to glow deeper than the surface…
