Hi! My name is Glenda from the Philippines but currently living in California. I’m a wife and a mother of one. A mom who dreams big for her family.

I came here to the USA nine years ago. I discovered the college degrees I earned in the Philippines did not have the value they should have. It was disappointing. Although I ran my own childcare center and was teaching at a college back home, here in the USA I had to begin again.

So, I started going back to school to begin a new career in healthcare. A few months later I got a job as a CNA and a Medtech. Next, I continued my education to become an EKG technician. I am now working in a hospital. Work is not bad but I realized that working a lot deprives me of my time to spend with my family.
