Did you hear about this Air Canada pilot?

For years I used to joke that I wished I had me to help me, like a clone. Now with AI I'm able to build it. The thing I hold steady through all of this: I'm the boss and AI is the helper, not the other way around. It can build fast, but it doesn't know if any of it's good or right. I decide that. Picture someone you know who got laid off 8 months ago. Still applying. Still telling themselves it'll turn around. Still watching the savings number go down every month without saying it out loud.

At what point does that become a plan that isn't working?

White collar jobs have been contracting for 29 consecutive months. Economists are calling it without precedent.

I hate how the law protects the handful of people who control AI, and I'm going to keep saying it.
