As long as you are physically able, everyone, including children, should know how to turn simple ingredients into a meal.

Also you must burn them a little, I don't make the rules. For best results cook them over an actual fire in a cast iron.

Do you feel like your provider is being dismissive & not taking your concerns/health issues seriously? Seek another provider, ASAP!
Life is too short to be seeing providers that make you jump through hoops, don't listen to your concerns, & continually dismiss your symptoms/issues. If you want answers, YOU have to advocate for yourself. Don't stop until you're heard.

Elective inductions around the holidays are often for convenience, but not yours/your babys.

Christmas & New Year’s are coming up, and tons of unnecessary inductions and c-sections are about to happen right before the holidays.

Each year there's a huuuuge decrease in births on & around:
🖤 Christmas
🖤 New Year’s Eve/Day
🖤 Easter
🖤 Memorial Day
🖤 Independence Day
🖤 Thanksgiving

This isn't just a US thing, it happens everywhere.

It’s not just a coincidence that all of these holidays have lower birth rates, it’s about convenience & not yours.

Inductions & c-sections are rarely scheduled on holidays, but are frequently scheduled in the days leading up to, or just after, a holiday.

If you are due the holidays and your provider suggests an induction or c-section, it’s a good idea to question why and remember that you can always decline.

If there is no legitimate medical reason to be induced or have a c-section, the choice is YOURS!
