Through the Community Granting Program, the McCullough-Hyde Foundation awarded a $5,000 grant Dream Chasers to support The Mission, a sober living facility that provides a structured, supportive environment for people in recovery from substance use disorders in Butler County.

This Community Grant was awarded in February 2025 as part of the Winter 2024 funding cycle that supported 12 community organizations with more than $94,000 in total funding. With a deep passion for recovery services and mental health care, Theresa leads with empathy, vision, and unwavering commitment to making quality clinical care accessible for all. Her focus on trauma-informed, person-centered treatment has shaped Blue Heart’s mission: to offer more than just services—to offer real support that changes lives.

“Awareness starts the conversation, but action saves lives,” Theresa says. “At Blue Heart, we’re here to walk alongside individuals on their journey—because healing is possible when we meet people where they are.”
