Made this pork tenderloin the other night and it turned out so good 😋
Totally just threw it together.. marinated a trimmed tenderloin in teriyaki, added sliced oranges, crushed garlic, a little olive oil, soy sauce, salt + pepper.

Baked at 400° for 30 min, then broiled 5 min with the oranges on top 🍊
Sliced it up, tossed it back in the sauce, and broiled another 5 min — caramelized and perfect.

Simple, quick, and crazy flavorful 🔥

Thought of the day 🦋

I was putting away my books and organizing them and I came across this little booklet that I’ve never read. So I started reading it it’s called “Managing oneself” by Peter F. Drucker. In it he talks about Eisenhower and Johnson and how they stepped into roles that didn’t aide their success one was a reader acting as a listener and one was a listener acting as a reader… I found the concept that we are either readers or listeners pretty fascinating. It really truly does break down to those two things. The education system tries to box us in when we all learn differently leading to many failures!!!! I hope we can change that as the years pass by so that we can give every child the chance to thrive and succeed… not only for that but for that to be nourished and encouraged as well.
