SCALES FAILS IN COURT (while dropping the race card 7 times)
Lamenuel Scales filed for, but failed, to get an emergency protection order against me . . . but he wants a full hearing . . .
👉I hope he follows through.

On December 11, 2025, Lamenuel Scales filed for a Civil Stalking Protection Order (CPO) against me. In a December 12, 2025, ex parte hearing (only one side present) a magistrate DENIED his request on an emergency basis, but Scales wants a FULL HEARING that is currently scheduled for December 30, 2025.
👉In my view it is yet another attempt by someone to use a CPO to chill protected speech and chill REPORTING THEY DO NOT LIKE (aka: deadbeat dad / facade).

In this video, I talk about CPOs and share SCALES COURT AUDIO with my analysis.
👉Along the way, I insert clips of Scales mocking paying child support, threatening violence to me, and more (including Scales on KISS radio).

I am proud to have my reporting drive a discussion of who we lift up as role models. This hearing only AMPLIFIES my point as Scales, desperate to chill reporting he does not like, lies about me while dropping the race card SEVEN times.
👉He needs to come clean and talk about his lifestyle, his child support, his driver's license, and so much more.

I would be glad to interview him, but he is afraid of me asking fair questions. So, who else in Cincinnati media could do a real interview?
👉When you think about that, you realize that we have no serious journalists, who can do a serious interview, in all of Cincinnati corporate media.

The GOP Clermont canceled its monthly meeting, scheduled for December 17, 2025. It did inform members but did not update its website. What says it all is that the deadline for requesting Clermont GOP Primary endorsement for the May 2026 Primary is December 21, 2025.

Seem a little early? Yep. The filing deadline is over a month and a half in the future (February 4, 2025). So, the meeting was important for anyone (not part of crony land) to come forward to run.
👉This is a quick update.

If you want to run for an office and experience the crony process, send a "letter of intent" by December 21 to David Painter at [email protected].
👉The endorsement meeting is before the filing deadline (yep, crooked) so you can even wait to do petitions until after the meeting.

Union Township, Clermont, Trustees Logue & Dills ❤️ spending money and raising taxes. They RAISED TAXES on December 15, 2025, after draining the treasury on $1m+ playgrounds and a $350k useless mall plan. John Becker got blamed for their irresponsibility (he could not give an alternative).

I almost forgot to mention, a FEDERAL COURT win became "official." It relates to the Ohio "Board of Tax Appeals." They hear cases relating to property tax. They are SUPER SECRETATIVE (they still are).
👉They act like they are a court but without following the rules of superintendence, Rule 12 of which allows recording.
👉They are also a public body, but won't follow the Open Meetings Act (R.C. 121.22).

When I tried to record a hearing, they threatened me with arrest and then banned me from all future hearings. The ban is unconstitutional on a Federal level.

So the Milford Wrestling situation is about MINORS and COACHES. In typical defamatory style Ms. Adams (and her 37 person panel of Judges, Prosecutors, etc.), are about narratives, not getitng to the truth.
👉It is sick and disgusting. Carolyn Adams could care less about proper investigations or minors.

Also, any bets on how the lawsuits turn out?

Per Clermont Prosecutor, Mark Tekulve, the investigation into Milford School District is ONGOING . . .
👉Tekulve filed a sworn affidavit on November 24, 2025, that the investigation (where the suspects are Jason Babinec and Tony Brothers, by their own admissions) is ongoing.

As always, an investigation and allegations (now under investigation for 7 months) are NEWS. No one has been charged. At present we are dealing only with allegations.
👉I have said that the Miami Township Police investigation seemed to be lacking. It claimed the investigation was closed on 9/2/25 (with no charges). It seems the Prosecutor, however, is still investigating.
