🌞 Sometimes, you just need a bowl of cream of wheat in the morning. Warm, cozy, and nostalgic—it’s the food hug you didn’t know you needed. 🥣❤️

And guess what? You can totally enjoy it without falling off track with your health goals. Here’s how I make it work:

✅ Portion wisely: Stick to a ½ cup (dry) serving, and cook it with unsweetened almond milk or water.
✅ Add protein: Stir in a scoop of protein powder or pair it with a boiled egg or Greek yogurt on the side.
✅ Sweeten smart: Top it with cinnamon, fresh berries, or a drizzle of honey—skip the sugar overload.
✅ Balance your day: Since cream of wheat is a higher-carb start, I keep lunch and dinner veggie-heavy with lean protein and healthy fats.

It’s all about balance, not restriction. Comfort food can fit into your healthy lifestyle—you just need a plan. 💪✨

Trying to keep it light without getting bored at lunch? Switch up your salad game without piling on the calories! 🌿

Today I made an Asian-inspired salad using the Asian salad kit and topped it with dumplings. Dumplings add texture and flavor — try pan-searing for crispiness! Want more protein? Toss in some edamame or sliced boiled egg.

Salads don’t have to be boring. They just need personality. 😉

*SWAP IT OUT SUNDAY*
What my homemade Sunday breakfast used to consist of and what it looks like now. Swapped pancakes for almond flour waffles added some greens and berries kept the protein with fewer added carbs.

We don’t have to cut out or Fav foods, we just have to switch it up to work for our bodies!!!

And yes I can even still have those regular pancakes in moderation!! We got this!!
