Ya’ll I had every excuse in the book not to go train this morning.

But I stopped crying like a B***h and got it done!!

Working on not tearing my body apart. Looking for the good in it. I can see some delts forming and some muscle tone coming in! Super happy about that!!

Recipe of the Day

🥗 Zucchini Noodle “Fajita” Stir-Fry with Yogurt Lime Drizzle

🧩 Ingredients (makes 2 servings)
2 medium zucchinis, spiralized (or pre-spiralized zoodles)
1/2 red bell pepper, sliced
1/2 yellow bell pepper, sliced
1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
6 oz grilled chicken breast, sliced thin
1 tsp olive oil or avocado oil
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Dash of chili powder + garlic powder
Salt to taste

Yogurt Lime Drizzle:
1/4 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
Juice of 1/2 lime
Zest of lime (optional but fab)
Pinch of salt

🔥 How to Make It:
Heat oil in a skillet, add peppers and onion—cook 3–4 mins until softened.
Toss in chicken and seasonings. Stir until heated through and coated.
Add zoodles, cook for just 1–2 mins to soften slightly. Don’t overcook!
Mix yogurt drizzle ingredients and drizzle over plated stir-fry.

Ingredients:
