Congratulations to our faculty who were honored today for their service at APSU! Karen Bullis was promoted to Professor of Communication and also was honored for 10 years of service. Professor Yunying Zhang was honored for 15 years of service. Professor Pam Gray was honored for 20 years of service. Dr. Jessica Morris and Dr. Jamie Bowen were awarded tenure during today’s meeting. We are so proud of all of our amazing faculty!

APSU's Study Abroad Service Learning students learned about other cultures, communities, and each other during their Spring Break 2025 trip to London. 91.9 Public Affairs and APSU-TV talked with them and their faculty mentor, Dr. Tracy Nichols, professor of Communication, about how this trip helped them appreciate people in the United Kingdom and in Middle Tennessee. You may not be familiar with her name, but Domee Shi has done amazing work for Pixar directing such animated works as Bao and Turning Red. Shi will be visiting APSU on Wednesday and Thursday for a film screening, workshop with students, and presentation!
