2026 is around the corner and American Heart Association dropped a few new guild lines for CPR instructions and such. Leta schedule a course for your employees to learn a few new techniques but also to work on that muscle memory. Ask me about a non certified skills course.

A few of the reviews I have received for my classes.

My goal is to ensure every student leaves with the knowledge, skills, and confidence it takes to stay Chill during a life and death situation. We do individual practice to ensure proper hand placement, depth, and rate of compressions. We do a team work situation so that every student can do breath work, and run an AED. Lastly, we do an individual and teamwork scenario with our infants to ensure they know how to relieve a choking baby, but also how to perform CPR on the smallest and most vulnerable.
