Have you ever had one of those days where everything just “hits”? Well , today was that day for me! I had one of the most fun truly inspiring, satisfying and creative self motivating days I have had in this industry in a long time. I thoroughly enjoyed my with each client whether it was a one of a kind color uniquely formulated for that individual or a non “textbook” haircut designed to compliment that person’s facial features or hair texture. Have you ever tried and wonder why it didn’t turn out right? I had the opportunity to meet this amazing lady and set her on the right path to reach her ultimate hair goals.

Gray blending is so much more than a few highlights and lowlights. For example, what is the percentage of salt vs pepper, you cannot lowlight with a dark brown or black and expect it to stay cool tone like the pepper bc permanent is not permanent, it just permanently alters the hair and ultimately fades warm. EVERYtime!!! So this that was brought to me would never give my client the desired hair she was wanting. Instead, I changed her roadmap. I was able to lift out a lot of the previous warmth with the first session. The future goals will be to use some of her natural color for depth as it grows out instead of adding lowlights while lifting out any remaining warmth. I’m so excited to be able to give her what she has been desiring for her hair. She’s a beauty inside and out.❤️

This has to be one of my greatest experiences transforming this beautiful girl’s hair from a “box dye” to a brilliant blonde!!! 🙌🏼👏🏼🫶🏼 I loved our conversations about potential career opportunities after high school and especially about wanting more of God in her life.
