Be Present Always. Dedication over Discipline. Consistency over Perfection. Quality over Quantity.
Here’s what I practice daily:
1. No unnecessary screen time when baby boy is awake. Unless it’s to work, play his favorite songs, learn something new. Scrolling for fun is for bed time.
2. Plan out meals. Make lists for EVERYTHING to stay on track.
3. Routine. Prepping everything ahead of time helps a lot!
4. Prioritize health as much as possible.
5. Nap times = work mode, clean, prep, or self care.
6. Iced coffee or sweet treats from time to time.
7. Rest. Nap or decompress while baby boy sleeps if I need too.
8. Planning and scheduling to do the best possible work for clients. Batch content, varieties of edits, and content pillars.
9. NEVER stop learning. Learn something new everyday.
10. Wake up early. Sunrises & going outside to meditate for a few minutes, pray, or words of affirmation.
11. Enjoy the little things. Park dates are a personal favorite.
12. Thank God every single day for my blessings. Whether I am overstimulated, exhausted, or stressed I practice gratitude daily.
13. Keep my circle small.
14. Family. Lots of family time is so important.
15. Most of all - Consistency over perfection. Giving myself a lot of Grace as I learn to grow!
