I'm ringing in the new month with a nutrient dense meal:
Spinach & cheddar eggs (veggies & protein)
Turkey bacon & turkey sausage (lean protein)
Flaxseed steel oats (fiber with Omega-3 fatty acids)
Berry smoothie with ginger (fruit with an anti-inflammatory herb)
Be sure to care of your mind and body. Wouldn't be a bad idea to make affirmations under the full moon tonight. πππΎ
