I’m finally standing up and admitting to my mental health. Reason why there were major gap between episodes last two season is due to mental health. I know it seem kinda back hand to preach one thing then turn around not take the advice of the preaching .. i been open and said “you know needed mental break. “ I say “it’s okay it’s okay to step away and let the mind rest.” Which it is, it’s okay to focus on your mental health. Just as important as your physical health. My mental health stems from Trauma growing up and the mental abusive from 9 to 18 years old. Which left self doubt. Extra hardcore exterior that friends and family say to bring down (pt 2 in comment )

As i end season 4, i said I’ll do my best to be transparent this season and be a little bit more open. I open up about my biggest lost, some may know and some might not know until now. Rather you listen or don’t. Or just read this. Understand it took guts to open up and sat here weeks debating to take this episode off, Because of whatever fear that was in me but my mission would’ve been incomplete.
