Shout out to for dropping some game. If I had to add to this I would say;
1. a lot of y’all got managers and not enough to manage.
2. A manager doesn’t get paid unless you get paid so they should be working just as much as you if not harder.
3. Managers don’t just look to make you “blow up” they also look for opportunities outside of radio and streams to make money like shows, merchandising, and placement opportunities.
4. Last but not least (and this is for managers and artist) there should be some type of agreement in place so that everyone knows their obligations and responsibilities so when the money starts flowing in there are no discrepancies.
