Ohio has approved a $600M grant for a new Browns stadium, using unclaimed funds meant for forgotten accounts and property. The money will be gone for good and more will follow after 2036.

The new state budget will also allow the state to seize a portion of unclaimed funds on an ongoing basis starting in 2036.
