🚣‍♂️ New river access in Cuyahoga Valley National Park is making paddling even more accessible! Thanks to a partnership between the National Park Service and Summit Metro Parks, outdoor lovers can now launch from Northampton Point in Cuyahoga Falls, complete with parking, seating, and changing areas.

This new stop on the 88-mile Cuyahoga River National Water Trail is already being called a "critical step" in helping more people connect with the river and nature. 🌊🌳

A Lake County police officer is being praised after going above and beyond for a local resident. Patrolman Gedeon of Mentor-on-the-Lake PD noticed a man walking over 90 minutes to and from work each day. When he found a discarded bike at his part-time job, he repaired it and gifted it to the man; helping cut down the commute dramatically.

This simple act of kindness has inspired hundreds across the community. ❤️
