She is the Founder & CEO of the Punjabi Women Cultural Association (PWCA), where she has hosted the signature Female Festival Mela Teeyan Teej for over 15

years and organized numerous large-scale cultural, fashion, and community events within the South Asian community. She also led the first Punjab Flood Drive, demonstrating her dedication to humanitarian and social causes. She is the CEO of MYTV USA Studio, an international broadcast platform reaching audiences in over 180 countries. Moni has hosted more than 200+ television shows, interviewing global artists including Salman Khan and other international personalities. She is a folk dance instructor, former Radio Jockey, and a four-year judge for The Voice of Richmond and other prestigious talent competitions. Her distinguished honors include the President’s Gold Volunteer Service Award (3,000 hours of service), an official White House recognition letter, the Governor’s Citation from the State of Maryland (Gold – 3,000 hours), the Ambassador for Peace Award (UPF.org), and multiple community achievement recognitions. She proudly serves as a Brand Ambassador for UNMOL, continuing her commitment to leadership, service, and cultural empowerment.

Varinder Randhawa is a passionate advocate for Punjabi culture and a respected leader within the Punjabi community across the DC, Maryland, and Virginia (DMV) region. Deeply connected to her roots since childhood, she has dedicated years to preserving, promoting, and celebrating Punjabi heritage through cultural programming, community engagement, and mentorship.

From her early involvement in sports and cultural activities throughout high school and college, Varinder has consistently embraced opportunities to uplift and represent her community. She is a strong proponent of gidha, the traditional folk dance of Punjab, and has played a vital role in bringing this vibrant art form to the forefront of numerous cultural events and celebrations. Through singing, gidha, and serving as an emcee, she has been instrumental in showcasing Punjabi traditions to audiences of all generations.

Varinder was a co-founder of PWCA and played a significant role in its foundation and growth.

As a trusted member of multiple cultural associations across the nation, she remains a powerful voice for women in the Punjabi community.

Currently pursuing her MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Sadgi serves as a Psychological Intern at Rhythm Psychological Services. Working under the direct clinical supervision of Dr. Kavita Saini PsyD, she specializes in:
​Pediatric Psychotherapy: Providing individual and play therapy sessions for children and adolescents.

​A Lifetime of Leadership:

Before her clinical path, Sadgi spent 14+ years as a pillar of the Punjabi Women Cultural Association (PWCA). A decorated student-athlete and musician, she moved from mastering Bhangra with DCMPA and VSB to teaching it, eventually performing Gidha with Dhiyan Punjab Diyan.
​Her poise led her to become the first MISS PUNJABAN Miss & Mrs Punjaban DC at Mela Teeyan Teej, where she eventually transitioned from winner to Official Emcee.
