Great review from Misun... "We had major water damage in our garage and the room above it when a water pipe burst. We worked with both restoration and construction/rebuilding in the Keselman Group and were very pleased with them.

Restoration came right away to discard and demolish and did a nice job drying everything out. They even built a very sturdy wood crate for my grand piano during demolition, which was much appreciated! TJ and Robert were professional and very pleasant to work with.

Switch to construction was seamless primarily due to my rep, Ben Gultay, who worked closely with me. Ben was in constant communication letting me know every step and getting my approval before proceeding with anything. He was very detailed and that was critical. All the craftsmen were highly skilled and efficient. If I had any questions or concerns, all I had to do was contact Ben-very easy and stress free. Both my garage and the room above it look brand new and we are very happy!

We are so grateful for this glowing review left by Kirk... "We couldn’t be happier with our bathroom remodel by Keselman Construction.
They recently completed a project in our 120-year-old Lakewood home, and the results far exceeded our expectations.

From the start, Eben, our sales rep, was transparent about costs and clearly explained where certain costs could vary because of unknowns. That level of clarity made us feel confident moving forward and set the tone for the rest of the project.

Dimitrii, our designer, was great to work with. He really listened to our goals and helped us find the right mix of modern elements that still felt appropriate for an older home. His suggestions were thoughtful and never overwhelming, and he clearly had our best interests in mind.

But the real standout was Ivan, our project manager. Ivan was phenomenal: responsive, detail-oriented, and clearly takes pride in doing things right. His communication was excellent throughout, letting us know what to expect each week and when different parts of the job would be completed. Thanks to his organization and leadership, the entire project moved quickly and was finished well ahead of schedule. They truly over-delivered.

Everyone who came through our home—the tile installers, plumbers, electricians—did top-quality work and treated our space with care. They were so professional, well-organized, and respectful of our space that you’d hardly know a full renovation was taking place. Jerry, the electrician, even took the time to explain a strange existing wiring issue he corrected and made sure all the switch plate screw heads were aligned vertically, a small detail that didn’t go unnoticed, haha.

The craftsmanship is outstanding. Everything is clean, precise, and beautifully done, which is no small feat in an older home. We feel incredibly lucky to have found a team this good. Even the inspector commented, “You’re in really good hands.” We’re already looking forward to working with Keselman Construction again on a future project, and hopefully with Ivan as well.
