CORN HUSK DOLLS are delightful to create and your imagination can bring to life whatever you desire. Making corn husk dolls has been a favorite tradition of many cultures, beginning with Native Americans who decorated them elaborately. Corn husks are durable fiber -yet, is wasted in tons each year, so recycling and re-using corn husk reduces consumable waste to landfills. The workshops will provide instruction on making colorful and unique dolls to display and showcase. Approximate sizes 5-10 inches. East and west side locations - ages teen to adult.

Using recycled magazines, newspaper, paper bags, tissue paper, and doilies, you will learn how to create spectacular art dolls (approximate sizes 8-12 inches) EAST AND WEST SIDE LOCATIONS — ages teen to adult. Beginner and advanced classes are also available.
