During the 6th Annual FMA Student Showcase, CSU-TV had the opportunity to work alongside the School of Media Arts to help run the event. We want to give a huge thank you to CSU FMA for inviting CSU-TV to volunteer and be part of such an incredible event, as well as all of the faculty and staff who worked so hard behind the scenes to bring the showcase to life.

Thank you also to all of our members who helped make the event a success, from passing out lanyards to filming the award ceremony, capturing behind-the-scenes footage, and more! We’re proud to support events that celebrate student creativity and talent, and we loved being part of such a memorable night.

Congratulations to our founding president, Brayden Geier, on graduating from Cleveland State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Film & Media Arts! 🎓

Brayden played a major role in building CSU-TV from the ground up alongside Elliot Lanzer, helping create the organization’s structure while producing episodes, interviews, highlights, promotional content, and fundraising live streams that connected students across campus through digital media.

During his time at Cleveland State, Brayden also served as President of the Sigma Phi Epsilon Ohio Nu chapter and Vice President of Communications for the Interfraternity Council at Cleveland State University. Alongside his leadership roles, he worked on multiple film and media projects, including producing the Pumpkinhead Browns documentary through BXG Productions.

Brayden shared: “I’m incredibly excited for the new leadership of CSU-TV to continue building on what we started. I can’t wait to see them invest in students, grow opportunities for creators, and further strengthen our community of filmmakers and storytellers.

Your leadership, creativity, and passion have left a lasting impact on CSU-TV and the Cleveland State community. We can’t wait to see what’s next for you in the film and media industry.

Congratulations to CSU-TV’s founding Vice President, Elliot Lanzer, on graduating from Cleveland State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Film & Media Arts! 🎓🎬

Throughout his time at CSU, Elliot directed multiple award-winning short films and even directed a feature film that was screened at CSU. Alongside Brayden Geier, Elliot is helping build a creative video production organization dedicated to connecting the Cleveland State community through digital media.

With experience in social media production, filmmaking, and documentary work, Elliot has developed a wide variety of skills during his college career and is continuing his journey into the film industry after graduation.

Elliot shared: “I can’t wait to see where CSU-TV will go, and I can only hope that future students will get as much out of the organization as I have, if not more! There really are unlimited possibilities with the organization, and that is incredibly exciting.”

We are incredibly proud of everything you’ve accomplished, Elliot, and can’t wait to see what the future holds for you. Congratulations and best of luck on your next chapter! ✨

Our Cleveland State Society of Automotive Engineers’ Baja vehicle was on full display at Summit Racing Equipment in Tallmadge, Ohio!

The event brought together SAE teams from the University of Akron, Cleveland State University, Youngstown State University, Case Western Reserve University, and the University of Mount Union, showcasing Formula, Baja, and Electric teams!
