DID YOU KNOW?!?
That peptides often have what we would call a *ramp-up phase* where their benefits build up over time. So if you are not feeling or seeing your results in the very early days. Stick to the plan and keep nourishing your cells!
This happens because peptides work by signaling your body to perform specific actions, such as improving muscle recovery, enhancing metabolism, or reducing inflammation. These processes take time to optimize as your body adjusts to the new signals.
💫💫Here’s why this occurs: 💫💫
1. Cumulative Effects: Peptides influence natural biological pathways, which can take weeks to fully activate or "stack" for maximum benefit. For example, stimulating collagen production or muscle repair isn't instantaneous; it requires consistency. 💪🏻💪🏻
2. Cellular Adaptation:Your body needs time to adapt to the increased activity triggered by peptides, whether it’s protein synthesis, hormone regulation, or other cellular processes. 👐🏼👐🏼👐🏼
3. Consistency Matters: Using peptides regularly allows the effects to accumulate. Missing doses or inconsistent use can slow down the process. 🤨🤨🤨
While some people may notice initial benefits early on (e.g., better sleep, less appetite, or faster recovery), the FULL benefits often become more noticeable after consistent use over several weeks or months!
We always encourage to promise your body a minimum of 90 days of nourishment to feel the full benefits 🙂
😳😳Slow Responder….😳😳
Everyone is different so everyone will respond to different things differently.
There are slow responders and there are fast responders. Everyone yearns to be the fast responder who sees incredible results in 2 weeks, but that’s not realistic for everyone.
😐Fat doesn’t convert from white fat to yellow fat to brown fat overnight. It’s highly likely those fast responders had a lot of yellow and brown fat. Brown fat is what we burn easily. White fat hangs on for a long time.😐😐
Add to the above and visceral fast is very, very hard to get rid of. Slow responders may have more visceral fat so the results are taking longer, but will have much greater impact on overall health once that fat is gone.
Remember, the clinical studies were anywhere from 12 to 20 weeks and it takes about 90-100 for total cellular turnover.
Be consistent, take Lean every day. Drink plenty of water to help release the fat and toxins. Move your body, get exercise. Muscle burns fat. Feed your body lean protein and healthy food choices. Your body needs energy to convert and ultimately burn fat.😎😎
