That peptides often have what we would call a *ramp-up phase* where their benefits build up over time. So if you are not feeling or seeing your results in the very early days. Stick to the plan and keep nourishing your cells!

This happens because peptides work by signaling your body to perform specific actions, such as improving muscle recovery, enhancing metabolism, or reducing inflammation. These processes take time to optimize as your body adjusts to the new signals.

💫💫Here’s why this occurs: 💫💫

1. Cumulative Effects: Peptides influence natural biological pathways, which can take weeks to fully activate or "stack" for maximum benefit. For example, stimulating collagen production or muscle repair isn't instantaneous; it requires consistency. 💪🏻💪🏻
