Jessie Younker is a Vice President at Corcoran Property Advisors and a founding member of the Corcoran Cohasset office. CEF Board members presented a check for $81,100 for the Spring 2025 grant cycle at the May 7th School Committee Meeting. A Fall 2024 CEF grant in action: new equipment for the intramural golf program. ⛳️

Interest levels in the golf intramural program, as well as a formal golf team at the Cohasset Middle School is ever growing. In order to facilitate these programs, as well as assisting the current Cohasset High School Golf program, this grant was for the purchase of golf practice mats, associated nets, and other incidentals. Due to the difficulty and cost in getting golf practice range access and tee times, this grant allows the golf groups to use existing school facilities and hit off of driving range mats into large nets for safety of students and property.
