This weekend a Loan Officer I’ve never heard of reached out to me to brag that he's had rates in "the low 5s" for about two months.

Naturally, I pounced like a ninja!

Here’s the truth ➡️➡️ Most of the time it’s 𝐁𝐨𝐫𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫 𝐏𝐚𝐢𝐝 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 — which means the borrower is footing the bill for the Loan Officer's commission through (meaning HIGHER closing costs).

Looks shiny up front, but it’s a scam in disguise. You end up paying thousands more just so they can advertise a 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐫 𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞. 🤬🤮

👉 Always ask: ‘Is that Borrower Paid or Lender Paid?’
The difference could save you big.”

🔵Things never seem as bad at 8am as they did at 8pm.

🟢Making good sleep a non-negotiable isn't about just re-charging the body. It's also a mental reset, so you can look at old problems with fresh perspectives and mental clarity.

✅Set boundaries with clients.
✅ Enforce boundaries with yourself (turn off the gizmos!)
✅ Invest in a superior mattress and bedding set
