I hope y'all will pardon the radio silence on our part. Life is a never ending game at the bottom of the 9th. As many of you know, I'm working on a novel. My first feature length project. It's going to be a goofy, self-deprecating jab at being the weird kid in the middle of nowhere in the Bible belt. Set in my hometown, filled with insular references that will probably be funny on their own but funnier if you were there gags.

I'm on track to release it next April. Which is why I've been quieter, not posting updates and other artwork. Writing an entire novel turns out to be pretty isolating. At least, it is if I'm being productive.

As Etsy continues to attack fanartists, much of my older illustrative work is being removed despite actively following IP laws under parody protection.

We will be steadily moving away from Etsy and all other e-commerce sites thay require fees.

Unfortunately, with both Miss Boss and Mr. Boss not feeling well, we are unable to attend today's Natso Mini Con.

Grief projects are bittersweet. I love being able to offer this service for as low a price as possible, bringing just a bit of joy or comfort to others. It's not the first one I've done, but I think this one stuck with me a bit more.

I've never met this woman. I only know of her now through the neighbor who placed this order. And yet, the entire time I worked on this design and pressed each one, I kept thinking, "She's younger than my parents."
