78% of people are waiting for mortgage rates to hit 5% to re-enter the market.

But what if I showed you a way to buy now, with a low rate to get you into a home BEFORE everyone else re-enters the market at the same time?

The answer is YES but you have to have the right strategy with your Realtor and Loan Officer. We are currently in a market where we are still seeing sellers giving concessions for your rate buydowns. There are temporary rate buydowns 3/2/1, 2/1, 1/1 options that can come at no cost to you with the seller's concessions getting you into to a lower interest rate than the current market to help alleviate the payment temporarily. This allows you to get into the home now before redoing your rate down the road.

Everyone's scenario will be customized based off the loan type you qualify for as well as the market rates for the day you go under contract.
