I love this little area. So many shops and restaurants! Had dinner at Thunder & Buttons restaurant (the best Elk chili is here) and stopped in the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory for dessert 😍

I took a trip today to Bishop’s Castle in Rye Colorado- A towering hand built fortress of stone & steel that looks part medieval fantasy & part mad genius. Built single handedly by Jim Bishop, it’s a wild tangle of iron stairways, stained glass and a fire breathing dragon chimney. It definitely has its questionable safety spots where you aren’t quite sure if you are gonna fall through or not, but that’s part of the fun🤣🤣🤣🤣

OMG , so adorable. 🥰 I sat there for five minutes and watched him.🤣🤣🤣 as soon as i started recording, the song Ventura Highway starts playing “chewing on a piece of grass” which is exactly what this big boy is doing 🤣🤣🤣🤣
